We’ll prepare a personalized itinerary outlining your trip details and costs.

Review & Revisions

You’ll receive your itinerary and have the opportunity for two complimentary revisions to make sure it fits your needs perfectly.
We work with you until you’re fully happy with your plan.

Booking & Payments

Once approved, we proceed to book your trip components with trusted suppliers.
Payment terms vary by supplier; we’ll clearly communicate deposit and final payment deadlines.

Pre-Trip Preparation

We provide you with a detailed itinerary and a Black Travel Worldwide packing list tailored to your destination and activities.
We also offer assistance with travel insurance and are available to answer any last-minute questions.

Concierge Support During Travel

Our team is available to support you throughout your trip for anything related to the components booked through us.
Whether it’s a change in plans or a special request, we’re just a call or message away.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth planning and travel experience, we ask that you:

Provide accurate and timely information during the consultation and booking process.
Review your itinerary carefully and communicate any changes or concerns within the revision window.
Make payments by the deadlines communicated by us or the suppliers.
Ensure you have the required travel documents (passport, visas, ID) with appropriate validity before travel.
Purchase travel insurance to protect your trip, if you choose to do so.
Inform us promptly of any issues during your trip related to booked components.
