This service is for travelers who already have their trip planned and want their itinerary transformed into a beautifully designed, easy-to-follow document. It is ideal for travelers who value clarity, presentation, and a cohesive experience, not just a list of reservations.
This is a design-only service. No travel planning, booking, research, or recommendations are included. All trip details are provided by the client and used as submitted.

Standard Rates:
Up to 4 pages: $125
5–8 pages: $200
9–12 pages: $275
Client Preferred Rates
Up to 4 pages: $100

Resizing Fee
Client-requested booklet resizing after design start: $75
What This Service Includes
- Professional layout and visual hierarchy.
- Thoughtful pacing and spacing across pages.
- Clear organization of daily plans, lodging, transportation, and notes.
- Delivery as a multi-page PDF.
- Two rounds of design revisions (layout and presentation only).
What This Service Does Not Include
- Travel planning or itinerary creation.
- Booking or managing reservations.
- Research or recommendations.
- Verification of travel details.
- Changes to trip logistics.
Design Format & Page Ranges
Itinerary designs are priced by page range and delivered as a PDF:
• Up to 4 pages
• 5–8 pages
• 9–12 pages (maximum)
The maximum size we design is 12 pages. Page ranges are determined by the volume of content submitted and the pacing required for a clean, readable layout.
Printing Options
Printing is optional.
Clients may choose to have their itinerary printed after receiving the PDF.
Printed formats include:
- Flyer (1–2 pages)
- Booklet (8 or 12 pages only)
Printing is billed separately at cost based on Canva pricing. Clients pay printing, taxes, and shipping directly and receive all confirmations and tracking.
Booklet Size Selection
If printing a booklet, clients must select a booklet size (small or large) before design begins.
Booklet size determines layout scale and spacing. Once design begins, booklet size cannot be changed without resizing the entire document.
Revisions & Changes
Two rounds of design revisions are included.
Revisions apply to layout, spacing, and presentation only.
Client-requested booklet resizing after design begins requires a resizing fee.
Designer-led size changes may be made at no cost if they improve the final layout.
